Les chambres de stockage de glace sont construits avec une couche d'isolation et un revêtement d'extérieure et d'intérieure. Le dernier générateur de mousse PU nous permet de produire la couche d'isolation hautement fiable de 75mm, 100mm ou 150mm d'épaisseur.
Nous offrons également de options multiples pour les matériaux utilisés pour le mur extérieur et intérieur. L' acier inoxydable SUS304 de haute qualité est entièrement conforme aux normes de sécurité alimentaire. En alternative, pour répondre à vos besoins de la manière la plus économique, nous avons des panneaux en acier galvanisé choisis chez les meilleurs fournisseurs.

Focusun Common type Ice Storage Room is ideal for temporary ice storage needs. Recommended shelf life in Ice Storage Room without a refrigeration system is 1-3 days. Small Ice Bins and Large Ice Storage Rooms are available for options. The capacity of Ice Bins ranges from 400kg to 1800kg and the capacity of Ice Storage Rooms from 4 tons to 100 tons. The design, configuration and other details of Focusun Ice Storage Rooms can be customized according to your actual needs.

The Ice Storage Rooms are made of an insulation layer and an outer and inner coating. Choose from high quality stainless steel 304 which is food grade compliant or galvanized steel panel to be more economical. Insulation layers are available in 75mm, 100mm, or 150mm thickness. Focusun provides Ice Bins and Common Ice Storage Rooms without the refrigeration unit for your option. The Ice Bin is the accessory of Focusun Ice Machines, mainly used for small quantities and temporary ice storage. They are well-insulated from heat by means of proper thickness of PU foam. Choose from the Ice Storage Room with or without refrigeration device to meet your daily needs of ice.

For temporary storage, Focusun offers you the Ice Storage Room without refrigeration unit which can extend the shelf life of ice up to 3 days. It is usually equipped with our Ice Machine which is in place to temporarily store up the ice as it drops out of the machine. The common type Ice Storage Room can be seen as a buffer store and can be connected to an (automated) ice packing machine at the other end, which realizes a full set of ice solution.

Focusun refrigerated Ice Storage Room can maintain the indoor temperature at -8°C. Powered by a Focusun refrigeration device, the Ice Storage Room can extend the lifespan of ice by 15 days. According to the site condition, daily/hourly volume of ice to use and storage method, Focusun can design and provide tailor-made ice storage rooms based on specific requirements. With automatic high-precision digital controller, the cold room can control the indoor temperature with deviation of 0.5℃.

The Ice Storage Room is convenient and easy to clean or relocate.

Focusun Containerized Ice Storage Room
Focusun modifies the ISO ocean freight container to portable Ice Storage Rooms and Cold Rooms. The Containerized Ice Storage Rooms are fixed with air-cooling equipment, which keeps the temperature at -8℃.The container can also be equipped with an automatic rake system, crawler system or screw system to even out the ice layer smoothly and therefore the use ratio of the storage will be increased.

Product details and specifications about Containerized Ice Storage Room
Controlled by a microcomputer, the indoor temperature fluctuates little and keeps stable. Focusun sets up the storage with a PLC control unit and a touch screen panel for easy operation and visualization of measurements. Equipped with an automatic high-precision digital controller, the containerized Ice Storage Room can control the indoor temperature with deviation of 0.5℃.

Ice Storage
- How long does dry ice last?
- The shelf life of dry ice depends mainly on how the dry ice is stored and the size of the ice. Focusun provides three kinds of Ice Storage Rooms: Common type, Refrigerated type and Containerize type. For common type, the ice can be preserved for 1-3 days, and for the one with Refrigeration System, the shelf life can be extended to 15 days.
- How to store dry ice to extend its shelf life?
- Proper storage is the key to extending the expiration date of any food or drink and the same is true here. Dry ice must be stored properly to extend its shelf life. Store dry ice in a cooler – proper storage of dry ice is to place it in an insulated cooler. Choose from three kinds of Ice Storage Rooms of Focusun: Common type(shelf life is 1-3 days), Refrigerated type (the operating temperature maintains at -8℃ and the shelf life is 15 days) and Containerize type for frequent movement.
- What are available refrigeration systems?
- Focusun Ice Machines are available with a variety of refrigeration systems: air cooled, water cooled and ammonia system.
- After pressing start button, the ice maker running indicating light is off and the ice maker isn't running?
- Find out the reason of this breakdown by doing following steps. Check whether the electrical source breaks off. Examine whether the fuse blows; Check whether the emergency stop button is pressed. If this fails to be the case, please contact Focusun After-Sales-Team for your solutions.
- What do I do in case of power shortage?
- First turn off your machine using the PLC Control. Then switch of the main power supply and unplug the connecting cable if necessary. Leave your machine stationary until the power shortage is solved. Now in a reverse cycle, plug the connecting power supply cable and switch on the main power supply. Leave this for 1-2 minutes and then turn on your PLC Control. Your machine should be working normally now.
- My machine is malfunctioning but the PLC Control doesn't indicate the problem?
- The PLC Control will typically indicate a problem with your machine with amber or red light on your PLC Control. If you have problem in your machine but the PLC Control is not indicating, please reboot your PLC Control by switching it off for 5-10 minutes. Restart your PLC Control and your machine should be working or indicating the error now. If this fails to be the case, please contact your own professional engineer or contact your professional and friendly Focusun After-Sales-Team for your solutions.
- Why is the compressor disturbance indicator light on?
- Check whether wires are loose, there is lack of phrase and whether the set value is normal. Check whether the compressor has over heated. After the motor is cooling down, it will reset automatically; Replace compressor temperature control module. Check whether cooling system is running normally, if not, condenser needs cleaning. Check high/low pressure set value or change high/low pressure switch.

In January 2014, we received an inquiry from a renowned Airline (name withheld upon client's request) about ice cubes for their catering, therefore the cube ice plant had to conform to food standards. Another key aspect of the project was to reduce cost of both labor and time, which meant the ice-packing process should be highly-automated.

- In the production process the operator should only be involved in the packaging process to save time and labor cost.
- The whole set should feature an ice-dropping rate of a 3 seconds interval.
- Peak ice consumption needs of about 1815 lb an hour had to be met.
A solution to explore a V-type stainless steel auger ice storage of 2800 lb.
- The V-type cube ice storage comes with a screw ice conveyor which is used to achieve a semi-automatic packaging process.
- The design of a foot pedal solves the problem of the time-interval. An operator just needs to step on the pedal to obtain the ice.
- The increased ice volume per bag of up to 11 lb is adequate to meet the peak hourly consumption of ice cubes.
