Our ice storage rooms are designed to reliably store large volumes of ice, including block ice, tube ice, and other types, while maintaining a consistent internal temperature of -8°C. They are an essential part of large-scale ice production systems, ensuring a steady and hygienic ice supply.
The structure is built using high-density 43 kg/m³ polyurethane insulation panels, which provide excellent thermal insulation and energy efficiency. This ensures minimal temperature fluctuations and optimal ice preservation, even in demanding environments.
For installations with an ice production capacity exceeding 200 tons per day, we recommend using concrete flooring. After laying the necessary insulation layers, concrete is poured to ensure durability and load-bearing capacity. In such cases, traditional cold room panels may become compressed or deformed under excessive weight, making concrete a more stable and long-lasting foundation.
Whether you are operating a fishery, concrete cooling system, or commercial ice distribution center, our custom-built ice storage rooms provide the robust, insulated environment you need for high-volume, efficient ice management.
